I like the subtle way in which the tracks connect to the album cover, making this resting maiden the center point — calm in the midst of storm. (Just my interpretation maybe but the cover gives extra depth to the music... a softer undertone). The image reminds me of ‘Annunciation’ by Dante G. Rossetti used in ‘Adrenaline’ music video.
‘Smoke and Mirrors’ puts me at peace with big disappointments — a bittersweet musical potion.

New wave of Gothic Rock at it's finest. This band has top level talent from well renowned acts involved so wasn't the least bit surprised upon hearing the opening track. If you miss late 80's to mid 90's gothic rock bands, I can't recommend this one enough. m4rkos1334

Then Comes Silence are top tier modern gothic rock. Their work is distinguishable and sexy, and there hasn't been one release by them that I don't dig. I'm bummed I missed their live show in Georgia last year! Praying to the dark music Gods for their prompt return to the states! laoscurita
Dark electrowave from Italy with ice-cold rhythms and synths as spooky as an underground dungeon in the dead of night. Bandcamp New & Notable Aug 6, 2023
Gloriously primal music that recalls the glory days of early ’80s industrial, icy drum machines clashing with searing synths. Bandcamp New & Notable Jul 16, 2021

First full lenght album by the band, preceded by the two excellent EP's 'Fault Line' and 'Reflections'. In line with their now characteristic sound and influences, October Burns Black deliver a great collection of tracks whose spell is impossible to resist.
Classy and classic gothic rock at it's best. Dionysos Nyktelios
